Luxurious Red & Black Wedding

We are in love with our bride, Olivia who along with her now-husband, Richard, hosted a luxurious wedding in the name of love. Their luxurious red and black wedding featured extravagant floral arrangements and decor pieces that made it a night to remember. Of course, the bride needed the perfect custom dress to fit her luxurious wedding and that is where Naama and Anat stepped in.

Thanks to the blushing bride boutique the bride was able to select her perfect Naama & Anat piece that fit her like a glove. The dress was a mermaid style with an open back. Attached to it was a cape that made her look like a queen as it flowed in the wind. The groom wore a custom white tux that was stitched in gold with black pants and red details. Together the bride and groom looked stylish as they celebrated their night.

The reception hall had an elegant design that featured red and black details with a pop of gold. The base of the table design was set up on a black sequined look where rows of red roses decorated the top in gold vases. The room was draped in sheer white linen that made the large space feel more intimate. Every detail of this space came together to make it a luxurious red & black wedding.

Fairytale Inspired French Chateau Shoot

We are beyond thrilled to share this modern fairytale inspired French Chateau shoot we had the honor of being a part of.

Jalesnes, France was the perfect setting for this enchanting shoot that still has us swooning. The talented group of vendors combined old world elegance with modern elements that were paired with soft, yet colorful florals.

Our beloved lace gown also harmonized perfectly with the whimsical elements that can be found throughout the entire chateau. The gorgeous bouquet could not have looked more beautiful against the woodland area surrounding The Chateau de Jalesnes.

Holly and Zach tied the knot at The White Sparrow in Quinlan, Texas

Holly and Zach tied the knot at The White Sparrow in Quinlan, Texas. The pair met on social media, Instagram to be exact. Holly spotted her tall, dark and handsome husband to be on her explore page and initiated the interaction by liking a few of his photos. She decided to take the bull by the horns and DM him first. After messaging back and forth they decided to meet for dinner one night in Dallas, Texas. That was the night Zach knew Holly would be the woman he would marry. Zach proposed during a trip to Breckenridge, Colorado after a romantic sleigh ride on horses.

As Holly began the planning process she knew she wanted to definitely stick to a classic, white, clean theme. The couple said their I Do’s in the gorgeous White Sparrow barn. Due to the venue being all white, Holly; with the help of Olive Grove Design, kept the floral arrangements simple with a touch of greenery to compliment the white roses. The planning process overall was fairly easy especially with the assistance of Marissa! She made it her priority to make sure the decor was extravagant. Junk and Disorderly went above and beyond to make her wedding materialize to what she had always dreamed of.

Finding a dress is the best part of the entire planning process. Holly found the gown for her big day at the Blushing Bridal Boutique in Frisco Texas. They were beyond helpful and so sweet. Holly walked down the aisle in our beautiful Bridget Gown. The dress is a full lace modified mermaid with an illusion sweetheart neckline along with off the shoulder tulle and pearl detail sleeves. Along with her hair and makeup team from GA Artistry, Holly felt like a real life princess. She couldn’t thank her photographer, Heather enough for capturing her magical day!

Proceeding the ceremony, the barn was transformed into a beautiful reception for all their guest to enjoy and continue to celebrate the love of Holly and Zach. The reception was again very classic with white linens and floral arrangements. Holly and Zach existed their special day by walking through a tunnel of sparklers into the start of their new lives together.

Maggie and Sergry tied the knot at Lough Cutra Castle in Ireland. “The Love Story of Maggie and Sergry is as unique as it is destined to happen.” What started out as a home improvement project turned out to be the beginning of their forever. To fulfill Maggie’s fairytale dream wedding, it of course included a castle for the venue.

The wedding itself took 1.5 years to plan. The challenge was to plan a wedding from thousands of miles away, without having the opportunity to visit the venue before hand. Lough Cutra Castle was the center of the design, creating a modern and elegant feel yet staying true to the history of the majestic and historic setting. To complete the fairytale princess look Maggie chose to wear our Diva Gown selected at Ethos Bridal in Canada. The trumpet style Diva gown was the perfect pair for her castle wedding with a full-embroidered beaded lace bodice and a dramatic voluminous tulle train. The pearl draping along the shoulders added the touch of elegance that every princess needs.

Maggie began her entrance down an elegant staircase lined with pink tulle and that lightly cascaded blush and white flowers with additional pops of green and blue designed by Brides and Blooms. She continued to proceed down a white carpet lined with flowers and lanterns to reach her soon-to-be-husband. Fairytale lights; designed by We’ve Got It Covered, framed the celebrant table that provided a beautiful whimsical backdrop to say their I do’s. Beautiful music filled the room as harpist, Una Ni Fhlannagain set the tone while amber and pink uplighting radiated the venue to soften the look that contrasted the ivory castle walls. Guest watched in awe in antiqued white chairs that were draped with transparent pink sashes for a hint of color as the couple pledged their love. Though it was difficult to plan a wedding from a different continent, the easiest/ priceless decision was to have their son walk down the aisle as ring bearer and their daughter who was only 10 months at the time walk down as the most precious flower girl.

Following the beautiful ceremony, guest were indulged by a delicious meal catered by Green Olive Catering. The reception also included an elegant fun dance hall within the castle; hosted by Midland DJ, to keep the celebration going. Maggie enjoyed every minute of her wedding and planning process and is grateful for her photographer, Melissa Mannion to have captured these wonderful moments to keep the memories alive forever!

Intimate Countryside Wedding Inspiration Featured on Cake & Lace

We are thrilled to see this intimate, countryside wedding inspiration featured on Cake & Lace! In this inspiring editorial, the bride with an eye for organic local offerings will be inspired to create her wedding day palette with the help of locally sourced organic fare. This organic garden wedding inspiration was shot at the picturesque white barn venue, One Preston, in Gunter, Texas.

This editorial depicts an intimate gathering come together to celebrate a chapel wedding followed by an organic, locally sourced farm-to-table feast served up by local chef, Joey Dawkins, of Toasted Walnut Cafe. Each course offered is paired beautifully by locally sourced wines from Eden Hill Vineyard. The invitation suite designed on natural papers by Sugared Fig Paperie fits beautifully within the theme. The garden fresh florals reflect the hushed hues of blues, grey and lavender designed by florist Katie Penfield of Katiebug Florals. The wedding cake prepared by Seetbites Shoppe is an ombre cream and gold garnished with fresh garden herbs.

We adorned the bride in the most romantic gown, Tango, from our Dancing Up the Aisle Collection. This A-Line ball gown features a lace fitted bodice, blush tone florals, a ball gown A-Line skirt with tulle and lace, an illusion back and flower cup sleeves. The couple are whisked away at the end of the evening in a 1972 classic Pontiac GTO convertible.
